How can I reset a profile object?

If there is a need to truncate the land/stage table and start over, please follow below instructions.
- Delete data from land and/or stage table.
- Delete data from hash table. Please note that dropping hash table would result in sync issues between A2B Data metadata of profile object and client environment. Do not drop hash tables.
- If the profile object is set to load using EPIC CDC or Star CDC, one needs to clear the entries that are related to the corresponding source object from the CDC audit table. CDC audit table name can be found in configuration file.
