Profile Object failure with message unable to get profile details

Question: Profile Object execution failed and log message contains "Unable to get profile details".

Answer: Please ensure that services app server is up and running and that the extractor engine can establish successful communication with the app server.

Check that the A2B Listener services are up and running under windows services in app server.

Verify that the A2B Data service account being used by extractor engine is valid and that it can establish successful communication with the portal.

Verify that the A2B Data service account encrypted password and key are generated from A2B Data provided encryption program.

If none of the above steps resolve your issue, please contact A2B Data support.
